What is Flit?
Think of Flit as your whole lash studio, tucked into one app. The try-on, your client records, your booking page and your finances all live together, so you stop hopping between five different tools and screenshots.
How does the try-on work?
You point your phone or tablet at your client, and she can see different lash looks on herself right there. It's a lovely way to help her choose, and to get you both excited before you begin.
Can I bring my existing clients over?
Yes, and it's painless. You can move your current client list into Flit quickly, without retyping everything, so you start exactly where you already are.
Do I need any special equipment?
Not at all. If you have a fairly recent phone or tablet with a camera, you're ready.
What happens after my free trial?
You get seven full days to make Flit yours. We'll give you a friendly heads up 48 hours before the trial ends, so nothing catches you off guard. If it isn't for you, cancel before day 7 and you won't pay a thing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. On the monthly plan, cancel any time and you simply won't be billed again. The annual plan is paid for the year up front, so rather than a mid-year refund it stays active right through to the end of that year. Either way, you keep full access until the period you've paid for runs out, and your data always stays yours.
Is my clients' information safe?
Completely. Everything is private to your account and kept secure, on servers based in Europe. We never hand your clients' details to advertisers or trackers. It's their information, and we treat it with care.
Does it work on my phone, tablet and computer?
All three, and always in sync. Use the tablet at the studio, your phone on the go, and the big screen when you sit down with your numbers. It's the same account everywhere.
How do my clients pay me?
Straight to you, just like they do now. Flit never stands between you and your client's money, and we don't take a cut. Any deposit is a normal transfer from her to you, and Flit simply keeps a note of it. The only thing you pay for is your subscription.
