Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 2.0 · Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Effective: 17 August 2026

This policy sets out the terms applicable to the free trial, to automatic renewal, to cancellation and to refunds, and the treatment of your data where a subscription ends. It forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read with clauses 6, 7 and 21 of those Terms.

1. Your 14-day free trial

1.1 Every new account begins with 14 days free, with full access to the Service. A reminder is sent 48 hours before the trial ends.

1.2 No charge arises if the trial is cancelled before the end of day 14. Failing cancellation, the paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends, at the price displayed at sign-up.

1.3 One trial per person or business.

2. Automatic renewal

2.1 Flit is a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled: monthly plans on the same day each month, annual plans on the same date each year, at the price then applicable to the plan. The payment method on file is charged automatically.

2.2 Cancellation is available at any time and without formality: write to support@flitapp.ai and the next payment is stopped, or use the cancel button in Manage account once a subscription is running. 2.3 You get a receipt after every charge, a reminder 7 days before an annual renewal, and at least 30 days notice before any price increase.

3. Monthly plan

A monthly plan may be cancelled at any time, and no further payment is taken. Access continues to the end of the month already paid for. Part of a month in progress is not refunded, and cancellation does not of itself delete any data.

4. Annual plan

The annual plan is paid for the year in advance, at a discount to the monthly price. On cancellation, access continues to the end of that year rather than being refunded in part, and the plan does not renew.

5. How to cancel

From Manage account in the app, or by writing to support@flitapp.ai from the address on your account. We confirm by email. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not delete your account or your clients' records unless you ask.

6. Refunds granted as a matter of policy

In addition to any statutory entitlement, a refund is granted in the following circumstances:

7. Your statutory rights

7.1 Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Where a cooling-off period applies to you, it applies on top of this policy, not instead of it.

7.2 Where a refund is due, for any reason, it goes back to your original payment method through the payment provider identified in clause 6 of the Terms of Service, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

8. If a payment fails

The payment provider reattempts the payment on its own schedule and notifies you at each attempt. The account remains fully usable for as long as those reattempts continue, and for no less than 7 days from the first failure. Where they end without payment, access may be restricted to reading and export: records stay readable, the try-on and any new entry stop, and the public booking page stops accepting requests. Data is not deleted by reason of non-payment: it is retained for 90 days, during which settlement restores full access immediately. Notice is given by email before anything is deleted. Clause 7 of the Terms of Service sets out each state in full.

9. Chargebacks

On a bank statement, the charge appears under the name of the payment provider that sells and invoices the subscription rather than as Flit; the emailed receipt identifies both. Where a charge appears incorrect, we ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank: a chargeback takes several weeks to resolve and the account may be suspended while it is investigated. Raising one carries no penalty on our side.

10. Contact

Questions concerning cancellation or a refund may be addressed to support@flitapp.ai. Enquiries are answered within two working days.
